Walking has surprising benefits and doing it with others have the added advantage of enjoying great company.

Walking helps improves our mood, reduce stress, increase energy and sleep better.

According to the NHS, walking helps build stamina, burn excess calories and make the heart healthier.

How do I prepare?

● Stay hydrated before and after the walk.

Stretch as you go and as much as you can.

Eat but try not to eat a big meal just before the walk.

Get the right shoes that you are comfortable in.

  • Take in the scenery and enjoy!
